Can somebody kindly tell me how to find the plug in on Logic Pro 9?

I’ve installed the plug in with no problems and saved it in my VST folder, however it doesn’t appear in Logic?

    Some help would be appreciated!

    • Maurice Davis

Logic Pro only recognizes AU (audio unit) plugins. You may need to return to the installer and install it as an audio unit.

        thanks, problem resolved

If you dont know how to install plugins you shouldnt be using Logic… I think you should be using Garageband or my first DAW! How about doing some RTFM!

      • How about learning some tolerance and showing those new to software some respect? Thank God god sites like this, it’s attitudes like this that keep them popular.

+1 on that; let’s help instead of berating. Even non-newbies sometimes have plugin install gotchas.

  • Bugman06

Does this plugin work in pro tools 9? I downloaded it and I can’t find when I load pro tools.

  • Velanche

Thankfully I was fortunate to download and install it, but maybe I shouldn’t snag anymore plugins until I at least know how to apply the basics first; this plugin looks like a Swiss army knife, in terms of its immense functionality. 🙂

Can anyone tell me how to download the Ultra Channel as an AU?
I am an old dog willing to learn new tricks and need as much help as I can get.

    • Popol

Follow the link, scroll down, fill in the form, the details should be emailed to you.

      • James

        Thanks for getting back.

        AU and preset/ manual chosen

UC downloaded by default to /library/audio/plug-ins/components.

When I search my Mac and Logic Pro X …..UC doesn’t show up. Any ideas how to navigate from here?
